I ordered some spring tulips for my mum for Mother's Day. As I live abroad I tend to do this every year. The order arrived on time, but instead of tulips, they delivered a plant which looked like it was worth about 1/10th of what I paid. I sent an email to their customer services asking for an explanation, and they didn't even bother to reply. Absolutely disgusted. Don't ever use this company!
