“Lovely looking product... but never received it!”

I bought a lovely living charm necklace, and 4 charms to go inside it for my sister's 21st birthday. I thought it would be a lovely way to start a collection and she could update the charms as she wanted.

Ordered 4th March 2015 and STILL NOT RECEIVED(23/3/15), despite having Royal Mail First Class and 1 week dispatch. Her Birthday is next week. I have contacted the company 3 times and never received a substantial reply.

It's a shame because I thought their products looked good. I am now going to have to try to get a refund and buy something else for my sister.

Do yourself a favour, and buy from elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.
