“DO NOT HIRE FROM EUROPCAR!!!”

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE HIRING A CAR FROM HERE!
I hired a car from europcar Dartford, online had no trouble hiring and taking my money, then went to pick up and was told they would not accept an Indian driving licence, the team leader rather than apologising made excuses, we still do not have our deposit back, no where on their site does it state this, should this question should be asked when booking??? rather than letting you book and turning you down. The story goes on but, I then went to Hertz no trouble at all, and great customer service unlike europcar!
