“unreliable and deceitful”

I purchased tickets from seatwave for El Clasico months before the event, and was assured weeks ahead of time my tickets would be available (and were paid for). I bought airline tickets to Barcelona and was told, when I inqited, three days before the event that my tickets were no longer available and they would send me a refund.. if prices go up, they can sell to. higher bidder and leave you stranded. I ended up paying 2.5times the initial price to still see the event, and seatwave simply says "Sorry".

do not trust them if you cannot get the tickets in your hand. their gaursntee is no such thing. it says they will find better or suitable tickets if those purchased aren't available, but Meyer you will be told they will find better or suitable tickets - if they are cheaper - which is no fgautantee at all.

use viagogo. much more reliable and ethical.
