“FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I don't understand why asda use the customer service team that they do, they need to get rid. Whenever I have needed to contact them they have NEVER helped me with my problem and its difficult to understand their accents. I end up say "pardon", "what", "can you repeat that again I don't understand what you are saying" and in the end if I manage to understand anything its ALWAYS just a generic answer they give. They never seem to help you specifically with your individual problem, its almost as if they are trained to be robots and are not very flexible to deal with each individuals problem. I have called up several times regarding the same problem, spoke to different advisers, who basically keep giving me standard answers and in the end my problem has not been solved. I have shouted at advisers before and asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and been told they will call me and no one has called. Truly disgraceful customer service team.
