I gave Buyacar my deposit in September 2014 for a "factory ordered" car with a delivery time of 8 to 10 weeks. Now in week 29 there is still no car. They have offered to give me the deposit back but I have issued legal proceedings against the company. Their quote to me was £1200 cheaper than my local dealer so I am sueing them for the £1200
