“Unable to gain access to parking jet parks mess”

Had to change my holiday as hotel was undoing work around the pool. I was asked if I wanted to change dates. So I did but before I confirmed everything with hloiday company I rang jet parks to make sure swapping the dates didn't incuur any additional charges etc. there wasn't and so I changed the dates. However jet parks issued an email confirmation of the change of date but gave me the same reference. The guy on the phone told me that was ok as he had updated the reference with the change of date. Really!!! On the day of our holiday we arrived at the gate only to be told the dates were last week and the ticket wasn't valid for this week. After telling the guy on the phone what had happened he then said he would get someone to come down and check our paperwork. Some 45 minutes later a man strolled up to us checked the email paperwork called his mate on the phone and said everything was ok. That part took 10 seconds. I'm disgusted. It is jet parks fault for not updating their system which left me and my disabled wife sat in the car for nearly an hour. Why couldn't they have issued another reference number to keep it simple. If you are going to make amendments to your system Jet Paks make sure every thing stacks up on the system and on the emails you issue to you valued customers. You wouldn't like it if it happened to you. If this is how you treat people then wo be tied you.
