“Terrible Ripoff”

Went with the AA as is a weel known company and thought that makes them better. Hubby had accident in December in the bad weather and after loads of calls the car was finally collected to go for repair 5 weeks later, no car for 5 weeks !!! No one wanted to talk to us about this they just passed us around and said they were busy because of bad weather. Now the real shock was the renewal price as it just came in for over £800 from £450 last year. Onto Compare the market and we got same for £460 goodbye and good riddance to the AA
