Virgin have very poor customer service when they are confronted on an issue that is important they pass the buck. I have contacted them several times regarding issues im having nothing is being done. Another thing is that they are in no hurry to offer 4g to their customers. Very poor indeed. They dent having a contract with EE for 4g very strange because they offer it to buisness customers. EE have said it is simply a decision of virgin whether to offer 4g to their regular customers. They of course deny this. What chance have we got.
