I ordered 3 seperate deliveries for Mother's Day. I was sent 4 confirmations emails so contacted the company to say it appeared there may have been a duplicated order, if so please cancel one for that address but each address should receive one order. Long story short they cancelled my mums delivery altogether and replied saying I could place another order to arrive the day after Mother's Day. I was informed of this at 3:30pm on Mother's Day, too late to even ask someone to grab some flowers from a supermarket. My mum lives 150 miles away so received nothing at all. My day was ruined, her day was ruined and the company have completely ignored my emails since.
As a by the by, one of the ther orders was for a dozen roses, they sent 11. Not a lmassive deal but indicative of general lack of good service.
