“Returns/cancellations of contract on same day not...”

I spoke over the phone to an EE representative and he upgraded me to IPhone 6. I was uhappy with the service as I felt I was misold the price plan, due to only 2GB data and the fact that I was advised that I could not transfer my phone number through an independant company that I was comparing. After one hour I tried to cancel the contract over the phone on a Sunday evening at 6.30pm. I was told by the Manager that the phone had already been sent to the Warehouse and I could not cancel. I waited for the phone to arrive and there was no returns address or pre-paid envelope. My existing sim-card was then cancelled and I was without a phone or net work coverage for two weeks. I am currently still out of pocket for postage and all the advisors kept saying my new sim card would be on it's way. They then sent me an Iphone 6 sim card instead of 5. I went into the EE store and got a new replacement sim card for Iphone 5 and this still did not work. They said it was a faulty sim card over the phone and that my network was still transferring back from EE to Tmobile. All in all I think EE need to sort out a 24hr cooling off period and make it possible for returns to be processed more promptly. All the 5 pound gestures that were promised every time I rang up have still not reached me and on two occassions over the phone the same person did not know how to help me and just put the phone down on me.
