“I have a student account with Lloyds tsb and since...”

I have a student account with Lloyds tsb and since leaving uni (in my overdraft) they decided without notice to take away my overdraft and start charging me £20 a day! After numerous phone calls no one has managed to explain to me why this has happened. They were fine for the 3 years I have been with them, but after this i will never bank with them again!
