I found the service amazing, easy and hassle free. I walked in knowing I wanted a student account and they literally took care of the rest. Opened up a savings account, got me a student credit card.On-line banking is an absolute god send. I am happy with everything so far.

I banked with HSBC before and found the customer service rubbish. I didn't feel welcomed at all, but maybe this is a problem with my branch in particular and not a reflection of the bank as a whole.
