“Delivery two hours late - no information - 20 mins on hold”

Seriously frustrating experience. Normally Asda deliver and all is fine- although some times the veg are not their best.

But today takes the buscuit.

So far the delivery is two hours late. I called after one hour to be told there was nothing they could do.

Then I called back, was put on hold on for 20 minutes to be told there was nothing they could do, as they couldn't get through to the store.

So as yet I have no supper for my kids and no way of knowing if the delivery will ever turn up.

Sharpen up Asda!
