I found this company online and ordered flowers to be delivered to the UK on Mothers Day Sunday 15th 2015. To my shock nothing arrived on Mothers Day. I tried to contact iflorist online and by telephone but got no reply to my email and no answer on the phone. , On the phone message it was telling me they had a live chat service.. nowhere to be found.. I tried to again on Monday to contact them by phone and still no answer, I was left about an hour holding as I was getting very annoyed by then. I eventually found a review site Trust-pilot that seemed to be getting replies to lots and lots of customers having the same problem as me. No flowers arriving and could not contact them. I would advise anyone thinking of using iflorist to have a good look through their online reviews as they are terrible. At this stage for me it was not just a matter of money it was the disappointment for the flowers not being delivered and they rudeness of them not responding to my e-mails, phone calls and online tickets that they have you create in order to contact them. For the first time ever I put a very very bad review online and eventually they contacted me. There response was feeble to say the least with a one line e-mail to say sorry and a full credit will be issued. No explanation as to why they just couldn't be bothered to contact me on the day to say there would be a problem. No offer of good will to my recipient for not receiving her Mothers Day Gift. In my opinion stay well away. Mothers Day is one day a year we can shower Mothers in gifts they deserve and I can not believe this company left so many Mothers disappointed on their special day it is disgraceful. I await my refund and will never use this company again.
