“Deeply regret”

As a first driver I compared all prices and of course steered more to the cheapest, however I regret this deeply as I am extremely appalled on how they've spoken to me. It's taken 3 attempts to get my black box fitted due to the customer service people telling me my box is actually being fitted at a completely different time as to which quartix (the people that install it) said to me AFTER I was charged a £50 fee each time because i was working and completely unaware to when they came to fit it due to poor intelligence and communication for sheilas wheels themselves. As a new 17 year old driver it's given me a slap in the face and made me realise how much I should look into things more. I wouldn't advise any going drivers to take their insurance at all
