General Comments
Poor customer service and very difficult to get in touch with the manager who I opened the account with. I got nothing for opening the student account, it has been a year, and believe it or not, I'm still waiting for the benefits they promised to give for opening a student account with them, apart from the cards.
I phoned up many times just to check what went wrong, but nobody was able to help. I even went to the bigger branch in the city centre to see if they can help me out, but all they did was ask me to go back to my original branch and ask them cos I opened the account there not in city centre. Really disappointed with the service and upset with the way they response to my query, poor after-sale service!
THINK before you open a student account with them because you might end up with getting nothing benefits they promised to give you, apart from the debit card.
