“Taking money without reason!!”

I made contracrt with them for my small business, it didnt go well so I closed it. But didnt do nothing with contract as i was thinking will pay normal amount from contract every month about £23. After few months nobody was in property so nobody was using phone. Titan was charging me about £30 and more each month finally they took £391!! from my account. Than next month again £30 when ive notice something was wrong (as i got lot of money going out so wasnt fast) ive give them a call and ask why u charge me that much. 1st they said it wasnt them! (that was different company i made contract late which wasnt true). Than after taking with few advisers somebody said it was beacause i didnt answer my phone so they cancel my contract and charge me for this. Ive cancel my direct debit finally but company doesnt want to give me my money back, to be honest im not sure what i have to do? go to citizen adviser?
