Absolutely awful customer service. I've been with this bank for 17 years, but clearly this counts for nothing. They sent me a cheque book with a cheque guarantee facility, so it's virtually useless. They didn't give me an overdraft, and I had to apply for one separately by calling them, which was extremely expensive. No credit card, and considering I pay over £10,000 into my Lloyds TSB account, and as a student to boot, I will most certainly be closing this account.
