We had an account on BlueMountain.com and tried to send a Mother's Day card. When we couldn't, we assumed it was because maybe the account was out of date, so we created another account (another $20) and the same thing happened. The process takes the user around in circles and doesn't let you send anything. AND there is no way to contact anyone. Worst experience we've had.
