“poor service”

Make sure you read the small pint.
I ordered some flowers for mothers day and decided to add a nice glass vase to accompany them, when the order tuned up it come in a cheep tacky plastic vase and incorrect flowers
When I complained they told me that it said on the website that it could be substituted. but there is no option to opt out of the substitutions and no one called despite having my phone number.
I will not recommend them to anyone.
10% bad reviews (1star) on trust pilot over 1500 at time of writing this review.
