“Good sale untill you have to deal with the customer...”

I have bought three cars from car gaint and they never had problems, as i always buy the warenty with them. But my last car i bought of them has problems after problems. they have tried to repair it serveral times now which i appreciate but it has now become to much for me to keep on going back and foward. on Friday the 13th i went back for my radio to be put back into the vehicle as they give me my car back with no radio meaning the hole computer unit wasnt working as well as the reverse sensors. I called in and spoke to a manager and she was kind ennough to understand. she booked me in to get it put back in, I arrived at 10:30 and a so called customer servivce manager was dealing with me on the day. After returning to speak to him he told me he was busy i waited 45 mins, a customer just walked in and he started dealing with his case leaving me still waiting. i approcted him and asked him whats going on. he replaied "I dont have the time to be dealing with you all day". In this case i would love to understand who will. He said he wont do anything about my car apart from me keep going back to them for them to try fix it. I am a working person as most of us are, everytime i take the car back am losing money from work taking days off. money spent taking the car there and waist of my time.
