Wish I'd looked at reviews, as others have commented. Ordered flowers last Thursday for Mothers Day. Order confirmed delivery for Saturday. Here were are on Monday at 6pm and they still haven't been delivered. Phone enquiries not being answered and so called chat line only yielding automated style reply offering a £5 on future orders- some hope after this treatment. A tracking link was offered which takes you to the dreaded Hermes, with whom I have had issues in the past with two lost or destroyed orders, and all it says is that the order has been placed. Also very worrying in reviews is the quality of the flowers. Pity all this , Mum Is 94 so I might not get another chance.
