We ordered two sofas. Eventually we were given a delivery date. A message was left the evening before delivery stating we would not be receiving our goods as our order was not in the warehouse. This happened on two further occasions resulting in two wasted annual leave days taken. Customer call centre was attrocious - unsympathetic and unhelpful. Company is in disarray. If this is the customer care pre-delivery, what would the post delivery care be like??
I asked for a refund in full and was told they would only do this with us visiting the store! This gave us a good opportunity to advise other customers to go elsewhere!
Harveys need to get their act together, be honest about delivery times and get trained in how to apologise when they get it wrong!
All in all this has been a stressful frustrating experience and I will never step into a Harveys store again.
