“the worst”

don't order from this company......

ordered Sat 14th March for mothers day, offered Sunday 15th as delivery day. paid extra for this service.......although advertised as 'free delivery'

advised delivery would be between 8am and 6pm. now 9:30 pm and no sign of flowers.......

contacted company by 'livechat' as advised as they are on there 'round the clock' and being Sunday no one available on phone.....that was at 5:30pm asking where my order was and as yet no response even though a promise of a reply within 4 hours......

will be phoning them in the morning as not happy, have a 94 year old Nan and mum with no flowers on mothers day

you have been warned........
