Paid in full for a sofa 11.01.15. Including delivery still no goods. I have asked to speak to a manager 3 times now with no sucess. On the last call a terrible assistant informed me she was cancelling the call after I informed her I would like a full refund as Dfs could guarantee my sofa in 2 weeks. Apparently it is a non cancelable order. Which i wasn't informed about. I would not recommend scs especially the paisley branch. I have used many companies and never had this level of poor customer care. I will be contacting trading standards. How can my hard earned money be held at ransom. I am bitterly disappointed
