“A decent supplier”

Bike (Giant Rapid 4) was competitively priced, with an excellent range spanning model years 2012-2015. Bike was on it's way within 48 hours of being ordered and on arrival, had been carefully packed. I wasn't happy with the delivery company; the original driver abjectly failed to make a genuine effort to deliver the bike and contact with the delivery company via official channels was abysmal (Delivery had been sub-contracted, contact details didn't extend beyond an answer phone, delivery company wanted me to travel a 100+ mile round journey to their "local" depot. It was only by phoning their HQ, followed by Ash Cycles that it was sorted out (Ash Cycles responded within 20-30 minutes to my dissatisfied email and helped out). Still using Royal Mail/Parcel Force would have been preferable
