“£55.00 cancellation fee within 14 day cooling off period”

I was not happy with the company they insured me with and even though the insurance policy had five days before it became effective,they still charged me a £55.00 cancellation fee,it felt like the £55.00 fee was being used to continue with a policy i wasn't happy with,BE AWARE when purchasing online because they will hold you to the £55.00 cancellation fee even if you are not happy with the company they place your insurance with.NEVER AGAIN.
