I spoke to an agent from the support for an issue which I wasn't able to resolve after going through their self service hub. The agent was very helpful. They patiently went through all the troubles that I had and was very supportive. After a few steps of trial and error with the handset was able to connect and make calls. Though had to wait in the queue for the call to be answered but finally my issue was resolved with the SIM.
