“Avoid at all costs”

Borrowed £37000 for various things, mostly home improvements.

Somehow I owe £42 after 7 years of paying off. In 14 months I paid off less than £1000. Each month interest is £320 and the amount I paid off the loan is around £50. I think I'll be paying this off for the rest of eternity. Rather than work out the interest at the start they work it out monthly. Very good for them but very bad for the customer.

This company should be investigated, the way they do business is ridiculous and unfair and they take advantage of people in a venerable situation.
