General Comments
Just purchased a pair of shoes at one of the Footlocker stores in Ontario Mills Outlet today. The service at the first hand was disappointing. Not nice at the first hand. (did not want to buy the product from them, but luckily-or sadly- it was the one I was looking for)

Noticed that the sales assistant gave me the wrong size pair. Hoping to exchange it at the nearest footlocker instead of driving all the way back to Ontario, I asked if it was possible to do so. They said it was impossible.

Asked the person's name who I have been talking to for my reference (which I usually do, to keep information so I could find the person when I go there to exchange), and the person let me on hold, later saying his name. Why hold? I guess he forgot his name. (or was he making up a name?)

Tomorrow will be my last visit there. VERY disappointed.
