“scam”

I recently had to cancel a Carol Nash motorbike policy with 8 month still left to run (approx £75.00 of value) and due to cancellation charges Carol Nash Insurance charged me £14.00 for the privilege of cancelling the policy.

That's what is called customer service, having worked in the accommodation industry for a number of years running a very successful B&B we would not have survived if we had took this attitude with our customers which were mainly repeat business.

Be very careful on the hidden charges that are part of the policy.
