“Poor service and economic with the truth”

This company provided some of the worst service I have ever received. To make matters worse their response to my review on their preferred review site is economic with the truth arguing that they processed my item (one part of the service) in the allotted time!

The fact is that I ordered the service on 21st January. their courier failed to collect as promised on 24th and dos finally so do on 27th January. They started processing on 15th February over 2 weeks later. I did not receive my payment until 10th March.

They said that the processing was in their timeframe as advertised but in my view as a customer the service is from point of order until completion.

On this basis I am seeing the service as 7 weeks. 6 if I give them the benefit of starting when the courier actually collected.

I did also complain about the courier not turning up but they said it wasn't to do with music magpie despite the fact that they contract the courier to perform a part of THEIR service.

Rub company. Contempt for theor customers. Their are better companies in my view.
