Diabolical service all round. Online calculator does not represent final APR - it was TWICE AS MUCH in the end. Having just moved house, my application required further info - proof of address. Did they call/email to let me know this after submitting the signed credit agreement? No. a week after posting and hearing NOTHING, I called THEM to be told I had to post or fax proof - they do not accept emails - 20th century procedures for a 21st century company. Save your self the hassle and go elsewhere!
