WRITE A REVIEW

I first started with Hotmail 12 years ago. And for eleven and one

half of those 12 years it worked fine and I had no complaints.

However, six months ago I started getting "We can't connect to Windows

Hotmail now, check your internet connection and try again later."

My internet connection was good (no problem accessing Yahoo or Google."

Now Hotmail is WORSE. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to open an email. You

get the above message time after time and "later" never seems to come.

I have hung in there hoping it will improve. But it just gets worse.

I don't understand why they don't make some effort to improve their

service but it appears as though they don't intend to.
