I have recently purchased a car from the Ashton underlyne show room. When I arrived to do the hand over I noticed a dint in the door and the paint had chipped off and they tried to cover it up with tipex. I was not happy as nobody informed me of this. I asked if they could fix the damage in which they replayed they could but would only touch it up. Their attitudes were discards flu I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. It was like speaking to a bunch of cocky teenage kids out side of a shop. All they were interested in was taking my money and getting me to sign on the dotted line. They didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. I would not recommend anybody to buy from them or even finance a car as they didn't even offer an alternative. It resulted in me walking out of the showroom empty handed and very annoyed. If you don't have money to throw away I suggest you stir clear. IDE rather use public transport.
