“Great face to face, but.”

Met Reece at a recent bike show and he was very friendly. He listended to what I needed and made me feel valued. When my documents arrived via email I noticed an error and was a bit annoyed. But a few emails to Reece and it was sorted in a day. It did not cause me much of an issue but I did realise the importance of checking the documents.
