“Shockingly bad ”

We Wanted a ABS Diagnostic test so booked our car in with service4service. The garage they picked were fine and did the work asked. However, back at head office when the price for fixing was discussed, I was totally lied too regarding the repair price and parts needed.
400£ for a wheel bearing?? I do not think so.
When we decided not to have them fix it, we asked for the car to be returned and was told, by head office, it would be returned straight away, The time was 1.45 and the journey was a 15min one.
After waiting an hour we called back. We were then told drop off between 4 and 6pm. After complaining bitterly we finally got our car back but at the inconvenience of having to make my 6yr old wait to be picked up from school late.
I would not recommend to anyone unless they know a bit about cars. If you do not, well be prepared to be ripped off.
