“Don't understand this website anymore...!!!”

Been twice in Turkey with this agency before and everything was great. But recently I book just a flight through this agency and got confirmation on my email. Was so happy!But then I got call from them that they are not live website and prices haven't been updated for a days...and price for a flight is not £495 but £1260!!!They canceled my booking but then I got message to call to the number on voicemail and when I did, the agent was very rude and she said she don't know why I am calling and where I got that number from.... well....from the message You left for me on answering machine....from where else??? You call me to left message.... not me... Weird agency...even till now they didn't update their prices .... but opposite...prices gone down...so really I don't know how it works...
