“Poor customer service and terrible return/exchange policy”

It sucks that because of sizing issues you have to completely return an item wait for the refund and reorder the same item in a different size. Not everyone has a lot of extra money lying around to do multiple orders. I do not understand why they do not do exchanges. That is such a bad company policy that should be looked into and revised.
