at this time hotmail is very poor getting my account open

can take days with very little time between open or shut in all the years it has never been so bad trouble is that all my contact have my email address so i can not change it, so i can't check my flights booking or incoming mail when i need to it's a real pain

i would like to find out what's is the issuee at hotmail that make the services so poor and why they can not fix it after so many weeks of poor service
