This company may be fine if they manage to deliver your parcel in one piece but please don't expect any help if you have a problem.
My package was badly damaged in transit and it has taken me numerous emails and telephone calls to be told that I cannot claim against their insurance due to the fact I didn't tick the 'signed for' box on the delivery form.
The worst thing about trying to deal with iPostparcels is the absolute lack of any coherent customer service. I have been passed from pillar to post and been told numerous different things by different representatives (from UKMail - iPostparcels doesn't have an official telephone line but depending on who you speak to they may or may not deal with your query). I have filled out numerous web forms and got no response also from the iPostparcels website. Absolutely shocking, I have never known anything like it. I have wasted many hours just trying to get to speak to someone!!
The fact that they won't pay out for damaged packages is outrageous too. Unless you pay extra for signed for of course. My parcel was left with a solicitors practice next to my house and I can assure you the damage to my parcel didn't occur there!
This company needs to sort itself out! I haven't had the displeasure of dealing with sure a shocking shambles of an organisation for many years!
BE WARNED....!
