I was just informed that Air Transat will not honour their posted rates on their web site. BEWARE!!! I thought I was booking a pre packaged vacation and when I select "BOOK" and then put in our ages and home province when I pressed continue the price on the next screen went up $2257.70!!! The holiday was advertised to cost $2998 but when I went through the Air Transit web site the final cost was $5257.70 which increase the price by $2257.70!!!! I contacted the booking centre and they told me that they have a legal disclaimer that states the price on the final screen is the accurate price AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOUR THE WEB PRICE! However they did admit that the site is misleading! DO NOT TRAVEL AIR TRANSAT THEY ARE NOT AN HONOURABLE COMPANY!
