“Great service”

I had been to several bridal shops in Central London before I came across Love Me Do Brides. I went there because they stocked a designer I liked, and which no one else did in Central London, so that was a big plus for me. However, that turned out not to be the only big plus of the shop. Since first speaking with them, I got the impression that they were super friendly. They said they would have everything in the shop that I had seen on the designer's website, which is not true of other bridal shops in London - some only have a limited selection of a particular designer, so you don't get a chance to try on a big selection. When I arrived for my appointment, I found a very informal and relaxing atmosphere, where I was encouraged to browse through all the dresses and pick out as many as I wanted to try. The owner also allowed me to locate all the dresses that I had seen on the website, which was great as there were so many dresses in the shop I wouldn't have known where to start!

Once I started trying dresses on, the biggest difference I found was that they were not pressing me to buy a particular dress, or any dress at all. They let me and my bridesmaid make our minds up without feeling that I had a limited time or an obligation to make a choice. They also pinned the dresses properly for me, which not every shop is so good at, and they actually let me walk around the shop in the dress for as long as I wanted to get the real feel for the dress - other shops had wanted me just to stand there still not to risk damaging their sample.

Once I had chosen a particular dress, they helped me place the order, and gave me all the dates and paperwork to allow me to book in for my alterations, and I am going back to pick dresses for my bridesmaids!
