“None existent after service!”

I bought my kitchen from Magnet Stourbridge (West Midlands). I had their fitters, so they completed the entire process from design to finish. I paid over the odds, but believed I was paying for a full service, including after care.
Approx two months after the kitchen had been fitted, a piece fell off a cupboard door. I phoned Magnet, to be told that if I went into the show room, they would show me how to fix it. I explained that I was not happy with this solution as:
A) I paid for a full service - I didn't pay to have to go out of my way to get DIY lessons!
B) If I caused damage whilst attempting to fix it myself, the resulting damage would not be covered my warranty.
The cocky man on the phone did not apologise and did not offer an alternative solution.
I emailed explaining that I was not happy with the 'service' offered on the phone and my email was ignored.
A few days later, another piece falls off one of my cupboards!
I email again, and was ignored again.
I phone again, to be told that it was not possible that the parts could have fallen off! This means they are either accusing me of having a mental Illness or addiction which causes delusion, or they are accusing me of deliberately tearing apart my new kitchen, just so that I can call them. Either way it is an absurd thing to accuse a customer of!
I was told that no Manager was available to speak to me, but that one would call me back.
Not surprisingly, they did not!
I received a letter asking me to write this review. Giving them yet another chance, I emailed customer services. Again I was ignored.
I urge people not to give this company your custom - don't pay over the odds for the promise of after service, as it is a lie!!
