I bought Multibionta in the belief they would help boost my resiliance to colds etc. with the incidental hope of possible improvement to my digestive system.
For the first time in +10yrs I am sleeping for more than 4.5hrs at a time - right through to the alarm clock call. Completely unexpected effect. My digestive system is not disturbing my sleep, and the zinc/magnesium is I think also helping keep me asleep.
After so many years of a rubbish sleep pattern, I was and am surprised and impressed, I wholly recommend and will continue to use.
