“WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD”

I HAVE BEEN WITH TALKTALK FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS.TRIED TO CANCEL OMCE BUT WAS CHARGED A LARGE AMOUNT OF CANCELLATION FEE. I KEPT THINKING OKAY ITS THE CHEAPEST AS COMPARED TO OTHER SERVICES SO I KEPT WITH IT DESPITE MOVING HOMES AND ALL. TODAY IVE JUST HAD ENOUGH OF IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I CLEARLY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT LAST MONTH BUT WAS STILL CHARGED THIS MONTH. RANG UP TODAY AND WAS TOLD OTS STILL ACTIVE. NOW U GET TRANSFERRED FROM PERSON TO PERSON SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING BUT NOBODY IS ACTUALLY HELPING. NOW I WAS EVEN GETTING ADDITIONAL FEES WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!
