“Avoid paying out on bonuses”

I use a number of online casino sites and no things can go wrong technically but this is usually resolved by live chat or a quick email. When I didn't receive a bonus I was entitled to I took to live chat and they didn't have a clue what they were doing. It was laughable and almost as if I was speaking to a child. After going round in circles for 30 minutes I emailed customer services with my query. All I got back was a reply that was totally irrelevant to my query. I thought that it may be a mistake but the more I emailed the more ridiculous the responses were. They were just copy/pasted snippets from their terms that had nothing to do with my offer and in the end they told me that they can't help and to write in. What a waste of 80 minutes. It's only over a £20 bonus and if they new what they were doing like most online casinos a quick check of my account would have solved everything but it just seemed like they couldn't be bothered.
