I booked a trip to Cancun but ended up in Riviera Maya over an he away from Cancun. Bookit.com changed my reservation without my knowledge.
When I got to the resort they chose which was Bel Air a disgusting place i spoke to other guest who were in the same situation as I was.
The food was horrible the hotel staff were rude not helpful, if you ran out of towels you would have to wait for hrs to get a freaked towel.
When you go to dinner food wait is over 1hr wait for your meal, and the best was if you ask for salmon on the menue, your getting a hamburger. If you asked for three different meals for three seperate guests you'll only get dinner for two! Lol
Oh and if you order an appetizer you'll get your dinner first. My worst experience ever. Never book with book it. And if you contact them with a problem after they stole your money, they're so rude it's discussing.
