Bad Points
I am very disappointed in Hotmail. I was a member for several years until MSN went live, now I can't access my account any more. If there are good features, I can't tell. Please fix the access problem.

General Comments
Was very pleased with the old MSN Hotmail, Unable to access Hotmail since they changed format. If you can't fix the access problem, or go back to the old format, Hotmail is DEAD.

Yahoo.com is easy to use and very reliable. I use it all the time since i can't get to my Hotmail account. I have several good friends on thew Hotmail that I have been unable to contact.
